All accessories, jewelry, bathing suits, LuX LaBel LoUnge items, and any Made-to-Order merchandise items are final sale.

All other merchandise is exchange only.

If you are sending back merchandise for an exchange it MUST BE   unworn, unwashed, free of stains, perfumes, deodorant, make-up, etc. in the original condition with original tags still attached within 7 days following the delivery of the item.

There are no exceptions.

Any of the above scenarios will cause the exchange not to be accepted.   Exchanges may take 5 - 10 business days to process***   

 

Normal processing of all in stock merchandise is between 5 - 10 business days.   Once your order is processed we will notify you that your item has been shipped.  Your items will be shipped according to the appropriate shipping paid at that time.***

All Pre-Ordered items will be delivered 5 -10 business days once the merchandise is ready to be shipped.  Dates listed on all Pre-Orders are not etched in stone but reflect the estimated time period in which the merchandise will be ready to ship.   You will receive a notification from us via email once your Pre-Order is ready to be shipped.

 

 All Made-to-Order merchandise will typically take 7- 21 business days to be completed and will require you providing your accurate sizing at the time you place your order (if applicable).***

When sales increase, delivery times on ANY and ALL orders may change and be extended***. There are no changes or cancellations on ANY MERCHANDISE once an order has been placed.
